TAU names Dan Amiram as School of Administration dean

Prof. Dan Amiram CPA, has been elected as the following Dean of the Coller College of Administration at Tel Aviv College. He’ll succeed Prof. Moshe Zviran in July, who’s stepping down after eight years within the place, the utmost tenure based on college’s by-laws.

Prof. Amiram has served as Vice Dean for the previous 4 years. Prof. Zviran will proceed to function Chief Entrepreneurship and Innovation Officer of Tel Aviv College, in addition to head of program and tutorial director of the College’s new Metropolis Management program on the Bloomberg-Sagol Heart.

Prof. Dan Amiram is the Vice Dean and a professor within the Coller College of Administration at Tel Aviv College, incumbent of the Joseph Safra Chair of Capital Markets and Monetary Establishments, director of the Henry Crown Institute of Enterprise Analysis in Israel, and head of the Fintech observe within the MBA program. He joined the Coller College of Administration in 2017, having beforehand served as Philip H. Geier Affiliate Professor of Enterprise at Columbia Enterprise College in New York.

Prof. Amiram’s areas of experience and analysis are the capital market, banks and different monetary establishments. His analysis exhibits how data, taxation, and financial legal guidelines play a key position within the decision-making processes of buyers, managers, and monetary establishments. Prof. Amiram is chair of the United Nations Inside Controls Advisory Committee, and likewise serves as a director and chair of assorted committees on the boards of firms and monetary establishments.

Prof. Amiram stated, “In mild of the present managerial challenges in coping with crises and the surroundings of uncertainty, we are going to proceed to work to implement the College’s imaginative and prescient and strategic plan, to behave and excel on the worldwide analysis entrance, and to impart essentially the most superior administration data and instruments within the fields of enterprise and expertise administration, enabling graduates to develop and combine in senior administration positions within the Israeli financial system and in world corporations”.
