911 Dispatcher Honored For Serving to Save Man Caught Between Partitions At MBTA Station – CBS Boston

BOSTON (CBS) – Boston Police honored a 911 dispatcher who helped save a person who grew to become trapped at an MBTA station.

Final Saturday, Moneeka Colston acquired a name from a person who had fallen and couldn’t transfer. He couldn’t inform her the place he was.

Moneeka saved him on the road for greater than an hour, monitoring him right down to an space between two partitions at Again Bay Station.

Colston, an almost 20-year veteran dispatcher, mentioned she tries to deal with every name as if it’s one in all her members of the family.
