Traton Homes is pleased to announce its newest townhome community, East Park Village, is coming soon to the City of Kennesaw. Located just two miles from downtown Kennesaw, East Park Village will offer two and three-story luxury townhomes. East Park Village follows in the footsteps of many other successful Traton townhomes communities in Cobb including The Village of Fuller’s Chase in Downtown Kennesaw.

“We are excited to offer homebuyers this exceptional product, location and lifestyle opportunity,” said Director of Marketing, Kimberly Garwood. “East Park Village’s great location near Downtown Kennesaw, I-75 and Kennesaw State University provides homebuyers a unique opportunity to live, work and play in close proximity to fantastic shopping, dining, entertainment and major work districts.”

Traton will offer both two and three-story townhomes at East Park Village, each featuring a two-car garage. Homes will include flexible living spaces, open layouts, stylish kitchens, and impressive owner’s suites with spa-inspired baths.

Amenities planned at East Park Village include a pool, cabana and a dog park. In addition, a new City of Kennesaw park is being developed adjacent to the community for even more recreational enjoyment.

Located on Cherokee Street just two miles from downtown Kennesaw, homeowners at East Park Village will be conveniently located to the area’s best restaurants, attractions and events. From Trackside Grill and concerts at the Depot to the railroad museum and Swift Cantrell Park, the location of East Park Village is unparalleled. The community will also offer prime access to the new 4,000-person capacity amphitheater coming to downtown Kennesaw. East Park Village is also minutes from Hwy. 41, I-75 and I-575, providing for an easy commute to the surrounding metro area and major employment centers, and just over two miles from Kennesaw State University.

For the past 50-plus years, locally-owned Traton Homes has been building quality homes of exceptional craftsmanship and value in Cobb County. Traton Homes invites buyers to discover “Altogether More” lifestyle at East Park Village.

Sales are expected to open at East Park Village later this spring. In the meantime, interested buyers and Realtors are encouraged to register for the community VIP List to be among the first to learn more about specific floor plans and sales availability: www.tratonhomes.com/vip-registration-east-park-village.
