The 2022 Parade of Homes is a wonderful opportunity for potential home buyers to discover a gorgeous collection of decorated model homes that showcase cutting-edge home designs highlighting the latest trends. Tour affordable homes ideal for first-time buyers, such as the new homes at Lovejoy Crossing in Lovejoy, Georgia by Adams Homes. Buyers on the hunt for an active adult home have several options to visit:

All featured homes in the Parade are open each weekend, so Parade attendees can plan out their visits based on preferences surrounding location, style or price point.
The free ATLHomesParade app, available for both Apple and Android users, provides an easy way to plan Parade stops with helpful features including a map highlighting all Parade locations, detailed overviews of the homes, homes categorized based on price points and directions to each of the different homes for easy travel!
After touring a home, Parade attendees can rate the home’s overall design to be entered for the chance to win one of three amazing prizes. One lucky Parade attendee will win Pella Bingo! To enter, simply complete the Bingo card, write your email address on it and drop it into a voting box at one of the participating homes. The winner will receive a one-night stay at Hotel Avalon and a $100 gift card to the restaurant Colletta. Other prizes include two outdoor fireplaces from Haven Design Works, a set of bikes from Regions Bank and a hard Yeti Cooler from Construction Resources.
Parade attendees can vote and enter one time at each Parade home they visit during the three Parade weekends. After the Parade ends, winners will be chosen randomly to receive each of the prizes.
