Fischer Homes to Participate in 2022 Atlanta Parade of Homes

Fischer Homes is excited to announce that its Wilmington model at Poplar Place, Blair model at River Rock, and Avery and Leland models at Twin Lakes are on tour during the 2022 Atlanta Parade of Homes. Hosted by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, the parade features more than 50 homes throughout the metro Atlanta area, many of which are decorated model homes.

This free, self-guided Parade is open to the public the weekends of April 23-24, April 30-May 1 and May 7-8, giving interested home buyers three full weekends to visit homes. Homes are open for touring on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 1 to 5 p.m. The Atlanta Parade of Homes presents a unique opportunity to choose the exact location, home design and designer options buyers want for their new home, as most entries are available for purchase.

“Touring the Parade of Homes is a great opportunity for individuals to see our products firsthand and the variety of personalized options that they can choose from,” said Doug Cohen, Market President for Fischer Homes Atlanta Division. “We are very excited to introduce our first patio model home in our Poplar Place 55+ community.”

The tour showcases a wide variety of new home options, from affordable entry-level homes and townhomes to moderately priced homes, large homes in popular communities and elegant mansions in exclusive neighborhoods. Attendees will enjoy the assortment in sizes, layouts and architectural details highlighted in the Atlanta Parade of Homes.

Fischer Homes’ Wilmington model at Poplar Place in Dallas is on display during the Parade of Homes. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,322 square feet of impressively decorated living space, the Wilmington is sure to impress attendees.

Their Blair model at River Rock in Cumming is on display as well. Featuring 5 bedrooms, 5 baths and 3735 square feet of luxurious living space, the Blair will surely wow attendees.

Fischer Homes’ Avery and Leland models at Twin Lakes in Hoschton is on display during the Parade of Homes. The Avery features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2535 square feet of living space. The Leland features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 3294 square feet of luxurious living space. The Avery and Leland models will stand out to attendees.
